Pediatric Trauma Bay construction, which is scheduled to begin Monday, February 16 with a completion date of early June. We will update the team with any timeline changes.
Biggest changes you should be aware of:
G147-150 are closed.
Remaining items will be removed in the coming weeks by BioMed.
An additional pediatric code cart will be placed in the flex area
G146 is the new resuscitation room
G131-135 are outfitted for use, with peds bedside carts, wall suction, etc.
G145 will be the new “ortho room” if possible.
Our ortho teammates are aware, but also willing to complete ortho sedations in any room as needed.
Central monitoring is live and active in the PED for G130-135.
G130 is storing beds currently.
Ortho cart, suture cart, US machine, EKG machine have been relocated to the clean utility room (by soiled utility).
